Jeep Wrangler Versatility

The 2020 Jeep Wrangler has a go-anywhere do-anything kind of attitude, so it's no surprise that it offers so much versatility. You can see that simply by looking at the exterior, which comes with a 2-door and 4-door option.

These doors are removable, too, so that you don't have any barriers between you and the open road. While we're on that topic, the windshield can be folded down, as well.

Horsepower and Handling

As an adventurous SUV, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler is prepared to handle any obstacle in its path. You can see that clearly with its powertrain options:

• 2.0L Turbo I-4: 270 horsepower, 295 lb-ft of torque
• 3.0L EcoDiesel: 260 horsepower, 442 lb-ft of torque
• 3.6L Pentastar® V6: 285 horsepower, 260 lb-ft of torque

Both gas engines are available with or without eTorque, which is an innovative mild hybrid system. eTorque technology pairs your engine with an electric motor to improve low-end torque and give you a slight MPG boost.

Whether or not your engine has eTorque, both can tow a maximum of 3,500 pounds when properly equipped.

Your powertrain can also include one of three available 4x4 (4-wheel drive) systems:

• Selec-Trac®
• Command-Trac®
• Rock-Trac®

All three enhance your traction control by redistributing torque to prevent or respond to wheel slip while driving along difficult terrain. The Command-Trac® and Rock-Trac® systems also include a low mode to improve off-road performance.

Technology Features

With the available Uconnect® 4C NAV system, the 2020 Wrangler is equipped with plenty of technology, including an 8.4-inch touchscreen display and integrated navigation. If you have the available Uconnect® 4 infotainment system, you get a 7-inch touchscreen.

Both available systems are compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® and can be linked with your Amazon Alexa at home.

As you cruise through town, you'll have plenty of safety tech to help you reach your destination more safely, as well. This includes features like available Blind Spot Monitoring, which alerts you to other vehicles in your side blind spots. This system can help you change lanes or merge more safely.

Other available smart safety features include Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Automatic High-Beam Headlamps.
