The 2021 Jeep Renegade is equipped with a 180-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that mates to a nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. You can upgrade to an available 1.3-liter turbo-four engine that produces 210 lb-ft of torque for more power and gets 24 city/32 highway MPG. Both engines are available with four-wheel drive as an option.
On the pavement, the Renegade handles well and offers high maneuverability and tight steering, which works well for either crowded parking lots or tight squeezes in the woods.
