Uconnect® is a platform built into many Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. It places entertainment and information within easy reach. It supports features inside your car and remote ones, too.

- Amazon Alexa integration: Speak to your car from your living room.
- Audio streaming: Play music, podcasts, audiobooks, or any smartphone audio you want on your car stereo.
- Calls and texts: Answer calls and respond to texts without taking your eyes off the road.
Registering with Uconnect® the First Time
Creating an account is necessary before you begin using the features of Uconnect®. Your vehicle offers two ways to achieve this.
The first option will appeal to you if you're familiar with the process of setting up accounts with other online services:
- Turn on the electrical system in your car.
- Find and press the Uconnect® Apps icon on your vehicle's touchscreen. Then, press Start, Uconnect® Registration, then Register by Web. You will be prompted to enter your email address.
- On your phone or personal computer, check your email. Uconnect® will soon send you a registration link that routes to mopar.com. On this website, you'll provide some basic information and finalize the account creation process.
Alternately, Uconnect® can help you with setting up an account. Follow these steps for the second option:
- Turn on the car's electrical system.
- Locate and press the Assist button on your car's rearview mirror. This will change the menu options on your touchscreen.
- Select the Uconnect® Care button on your touchscreen.
- This connects you directly with a Uconnect® agent, who'll expertly handle the further details of registration.
Pairing a Device with Uconnect®
When you pair a smartphone with Uconnect®, it allows you to stream audio and answer calls through the car's system. Guests can do this step, too-you don't have to be the account owner.
To pair a device, first turn on your car's electrical system and press the following buttons: Phone, Settings, Paired Phones, Add Device. The wording and order of the buttons might vary depending on your car model.
Now, open your phone's settings and turn on Bluetooth®. Open your phone's Bluetooth® options to find a list of nearby devices. Your car should be listed-select it.
Next, you may be prompted to enter a PIN number from your touchscreen. You might also need to hit a button that gives Uconnect® permission to access your contacts and messages. This allows it to relay your incoming calls and texts through your car.
